At Innova Spectrum, due to the sensitive and precision-engineered nature of drone technology, electronic components, batteries, and spare parts, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a product has been sold and delivered.

• Why No Returns? Drone spare parts, electronic boards, flight batteries, and delicate components can be easily mishandled, subjected to static electricity, or installed incorrectly during DIY repairs. To ensure 100% brand-new, untouched, and authentic items for every customer, we strictly prohibit product returns or swaps.
